Athlete Standard was founded by coaches and developers who spent their careers building players, not just evaluating them. Our staff brings over 20 years of combined experience across professional baseball, collegiate coaching, minor league instruction, and national player development programs. We have worked with athletes at every level, from youth development through the professional ranks.
We built Athlete Standard because we saw the same gap, year after year. Players would attend a showcase, receive a number, and leave with no clear path forward. Tournaments give athletes a place to compete. Showcases give athletes a snapshot. Neither one gives them the tools to actually improve.
That is the space we built this for.
At Athlete Standard, athletes get an honest evaluation. They get real instruction. They get a development plan they can act on before their next event. The environment is designed for players to push their limits, try new things, and fail forward, without the pressure of performing for a scout on day one.
Every tier feeds the next. Scarcity and quality are protected at every level.
Ignition events are fast-paced, high-rep development weekends built for athletes who are serious about getting better. In a small group setting with an elite coach-to-player ratio, you'll be tested, coached, and challenged then sent home with a clear development plan.
Immersion events are for athletes who've proven they're ready for the next level. Over 4 days at a premium facility, you'll work with elite coaches on advanced skill development, compete in controlled game environments, and receive a comprehensive evaluation that goes beyond the numbers.
Transformational is the top of the Athlete Standard pyramid. This invite-only event is reserved for the highest-level players identified through our system. Over multiple days, you'll dive into the data and analytics of who you are as a player, work through advanced baseball concepts, and compete in front of the people who matter most to your future.
